If you have to cancel your IRATA rope access training course;
Course Fees
A minimum (non-refundable) deposit of 50% is to be paid at the time of booking to secure a spot on any of the full IRATA L1, L2 or L3 training courses. All funds must be received a minimum 7 days before course commencement. Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer, credit card or debit card. If for any reason you need to cancel RRA reserve the right to book you onto a future course subject to availability.
Cancellations, Refund Policy & Transfer of Course Dates
Please email mikey@redropeaccess.com.au for all cancellations, refunds and requests for transfer/change of course dates. We will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours. If a technician is unable to sit the assessment, an alternate date can be offered, subject to resit fee and course availability.
Covid / Medical Cancellations
In the event of cancelling due to contracting Covid-19, or for other medical reasons, with less than 7 days until your course commences, proof of medical issue preventing training is required. If proof is provided, you will be rescheduled to another date, subject to availability.
Cancellation More than 10 Working days from Course Commencement
If advised via email of a cancellation more than 10 business days prior to the Course commencement date, we will provide the candidate with the following options;
1. Refund the course fees paid minus the deposit of 50%
or;
2. Transfer the Technician to another course date (subject to availability)
Cancellation 5 Business Days or Less from Course Commencement
RRA reserve the right to forfeit any future courses for last minute cancellations at our discretion. Fees will not be refunded.
Transfers
Requests for transfers to alternate course dates can be arranged if advised via email within 10 business days of course commencement date. Please send email to mikey@redropeaccess.com.au. These requests are subject to course availability and owners discretion.
Non Attendance (No Show)
If a technician fails to attend a program, course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another course.
General
Red Rope Access reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses. Where a fee refund is due to a candidate such a refund will be provided within 30 business days.
Late Policy
Any candidates arriving later than one hour after the course start time will be unable to join the course for that week, and the course fees will not be refunded. IRATA states a minimum 30 hours training time, therefore this must be adhered to
